Please Note:

We may share the information in the copyright claim with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree that your identity and claim may be communicated to the alleged infringer.

Counter-Notification – Restoration of Material

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notification to have it restored.

Your counter-notification must include the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.A description of the material that was taken down and the original location before it was removed.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate federal district court.

A statement agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright infringement seriously. In compliance with the DMCA, we maintain records of all copyright claims and take action against repeat infringers. Repeat offenders may have their accounts terminated.
